Please note that the swimming pool will be undergoing re-tiling and renovation from until further notice. An alternative venue by the lakeside has been prepared for swimming and relaxation.

Arriving at Batang Ai:
Batang Ai Longhouse Resort is located 275km from Kuching. There is only one shuttle that departs Hilton Kuching daily at 8:00am and reaches Batang Ai Longhouse Resort by approximately 12:30pm. A ferry will then take you across the lake to the Resort. Thus, you must make the shuttle booking once you have confirmed your reservation. In case of varying flight schedule, you need to stay at least one night in Kuching before departing to Batang Ai Longhouse Resort the next day

Departing from Batang Ai:
The shuttle will depart Batang Ai Longhouse Resort at 01.00pm back to Kuching, the journey takes about 5 hours. Thus, please ensure that the departure flight is at least after 8:00pm.
